Tasks:
Develop a proposal for the unit's annual plan.
Implement and monitor the unit's programs.
Establish the annual outlook for accepting international students (full scholarships, partial scholarships, self-funded students, pre-paid scholarships), determine the targeted nationalities and numbers, coordinate with the relevant authorities at the university, and submit recommendations to the Permanent Scholarships Committee.
Prepare short- and long-term plans for the recruitment of international students.
Provide academic support and advice to international students.
Evaluate the academic results of international students at the end of each semester and submit necessary recommendations to the Permanent Scholarships Committee.
Study cases of academic failure among international students and address them in coordination with academic departments.
Educate international students about academic procedures.
Recommend necessary administrative measures for underperforming students in coordination with academic departments.
Follow up on admission procedures with relevant authorities.
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all the unit's programs and activities.
