Tasks:

• Develop a proposal for the unit's annual plan.

• Implement and monitor the unit's programs.

• Establish the annual outlook for accepting international students (full scholarships, partial scholarships, self-funded students, pre-paid scholarships), determine the targeted nationalities and numbers, coordinate with the relevant authorities at the university, and submit recommendations to the Permanent Scholarships Committee.

• Prepare short- and long-term plans for the recruitment of international students.

• Provide academic support and advice to international students.

• Evaluate the academic results of international students at the end of each semester and submit necessary recommendations to the Permanent Scholarships Committee.

• Study cases of academic failure among international students and address them in coordination with academic departments.

• Educate international students about academic procedures.

• Recommend necessary administrative measures for underperforming students in coordination with academic departments.

• Follow up on admission procedures with relevant authorities.

• Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all the unit's programs and activities.
