Student Welfare Unit

 

Description:

The Care Unit is dedicated to offering scientific, social, psychological, and financial support to students, while nurturing their talents and abilities in areas beyond the academic sphere.

 

Tasks:

  • Develop a proposal for the unit's annual plan.

  • Implement and monitor the unit's programs.

  • Conduct an orientation program for new students.

  • Provide tailored programs for target groups based on their classification.

  • Assess students' needs and submit their cases to the concerned authorities.

  • Gather data on graduating students, compile skills register, prepare a communication guide, and provide this data to the Charitable Fund.

  • Track students who have graduated or whose university registration status has been terminated but did not leave the country within the specified period, and follow up on their repatriation procedures.

  • Monitor the conditions of students with families living independently or in charitable housing, and provide their data to the Charitable Fund.

  • Address student issues and submit any exceptional requests related to them to the relevant authorities.

  • Oversee students' signing of the pledges required for scholarship attainment.

  • Evaluate instances of student violations of conduct and values, and implement appropriate remedial measures.

  • Conduct programs to foster personal growth and reinforce positive values and behaviors among students.

  • Collaborate with national committees and relevant authorities to achieve the unit’s goals.

  • Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all unit programs and activities.
