Student Welfare Unit
Description:
The Care Unit is dedicated to offering scientific, social, psychological, and financial support to students, while nurturing their talents and abilities in areas beyond the academic sphere.
Tasks:
Develop a proposal for the unit's annual plan.
Implement and monitor the unit's programs.
Conduct an orientation program for new students.
Provide tailored programs for target groups based on their classification.
Assess students' needs and submit their cases to the concerned authorities.
Gather data on graduating students, compile skills register, prepare a communication guide, and provide this data to the Charitable Fund.
Track students who have graduated or whose university registration status has been terminated but did not leave the country within the specified period, and follow up on their repatriation procedures.
Monitor the conditions of students with families living independently or in charitable housing, and provide their data to the Charitable Fund.
Address student issues and submit any exceptional requests related to them to the relevant authorities.
Oversee students' signing of the pledges required for scholarship attainment.
Evaluate instances of student violations of conduct and values, and implement appropriate remedial measures.
Conduct programs to foster personal growth and reinforce positive values and behaviors among students.
Collaborate with national committees and relevant authorities to achieve the unit’s goals.
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all unit programs and activities.
